MSD Board Committees
The MSD Board has established the following standing committees: Audit Committee, Finance Committee, Personnel Committee, Customer Service Committee, and Infrastructure Committee. Other special committees can be established by the Chairman of the Board as may be necessary. The Chairman of the Board appoints all committee members and the chairmen of each committee. Detailed descriptions of each committee and its general functions can be found here.
