MSD issues and executes thousands of contracts, agreements and purchase orders every year for the materials, supplies and services needed to operate and maintain MSD operations and facilities. Access to those agreements/contracts and purchase orders for over $50,000, or those open ended items which are reasonably expected to be over $50,000 for the fiscal year, are listed in this area of the OpenMSD web site. The items shown also include those that were active last fiscal year and those that are still currently active. The list may be sorted by any of the fields shown by clicking on the column header. MSD contracts with outside vendors by or through various methods but most include the issuance of an agreement and/or a Purchase Order.

There are at least seven different contract types listed. They include but are not limited to the following: MOU (Memorandums of Understanding); Purchasing; Construction; Emergency; Professional/Technical; Capacity Related and Federal Agreements. The documents available for download include various pdf copies of the paperwork that make up a complete set of contract documents for that type of work. That would include such items as an RFP, proposals, purchase orders, agreements, change orders, etc.
